Children's Privacy
Children do not create independent accounts. All controls sit with the parent, and TalosTV minimises child data collection.
We do not use behavioural advertising for children, and we avoid unnecessary identity collection.

TalosTV stores data using secure cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised systems and service operations.
Data is encrypted in transit, and household data is separated so the service can operate within clear account boundaries.
Legal Basis
Where UK GDPR applies, TalosTV relies on contract where processing is required to provide the service, including account access, household setup, and structured session operation.
We may rely on legitimate interests to improve product quality and safety, and on consent for optional communications or optional analytics where applicable.
Third-Party Content
TalosTV presents content from third-party services such as YouTube and educational providers. TalosTV does not control those providers' data practices.
Embedded players or authorised access paths may involve limited processing by those providers as part of playback.
Payments
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers such as Stripe. TalosTV does not store full card details.
Data Retention
TalosTV keeps data only as long as necessary to operate the service, maintain household settings, and retain useful session history for parents.
