What TalosTV Is
TalosTV is a curation and governance layer for children's media. It organises and presents content from third-party providers inside structured sessions.
Content Rights
TalosTV does not host or own most content. It governs how content is experienced.
Third-party content remains the property of its original creators and rights holders. TalosTV does not claim ownership of that content.
Content may be presented through embedding, linking, or other authorised access paths where applicable.
Creator Visibility
TalosTV is proud to feature creators. We do not hide content origins, and we aim to help high-quality content reach families in a more responsible environment.
Platform Behaviour
TalosTV enforces structured sessions, regulation breaks, and intentional endings. It does not use infinite scroll, autoplay chains beyond session logic, or engagement-led escalation.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service or attempt to bypass safeguards.
- Do not scrape or copy platform content or system outputs in unauthorised ways.
- Do not interfere with platform operation, security, or household controls.
Accounts & Households
One parent account controls one household. Child profiles operate within that structure, and access and settings are household-scoped.
Payments
Billing terms are defined at the point of purchase. TalosTV may use third-party billing providers, and plans may change over time.
Liability
TalosTV provides a governed environment for structured viewing, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and we cannot control the behaviour or availability of third-party platforms.
To the extent permitted by law, TalosTV will not be responsible for losses arising from third-party content availability, provider-side changes, or service interruptions outside reasonable control.
Intellectual Property
The TalosTV platform, branding, copy, and product systems belong to TalosTV. Third-party content belongs to its owners.
Termination
TalosTV may suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, legal reasons, or major violations of these terms.
Philosophy
TalosTV does not optimise for engagement. The service is built around structured, healthier media use with clear starts, regulation breaks, deliberate endings, and household control.
